    The staff were attentive. Senthil and Kandavel in housekeeping kept our rooms super clean. The catering service was really good, with friendly interactions from all areas of the hotel. The warm welcome we received daily set a positive tone for our stay.

    Rooms bit small, dingy, tired looking. Sound proof windows or shutters a must when u staying on a main road in T Nagar! Was escpecially unhappy with the fact that when i had to check out early I was denied a full refund for my unusued nights - if you claim to be a business hotel, flexibility is an absolute must as this is what corporate travellers need above everythinge else

    Service is very good at all levels. We enjoyed the meal and entertainment at Azulia--would like to see a few less expensive wines on the list.

    Only problem I found was the AC thermostat didn't seem to work, so it was either on or off, and on was a bit too cool. The pool is indoors and in a windowless area.

    The stay here was really nice, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with magnificent and unbeatable location short walk to best shopping area, and the airport. More than adequate and varied breakfast and the staff was willing to help.

    Spacious room, good staff, the spacious room provided a comfortable stay while the good staff were great too assist with any requests.
